Watercolor undated, signed lower right. Rea Irvin was on the staff of the New Yorker as an art consultant, illustrator and art editor for over 30 years and is responsible for the magazine's visual character and type-face. The painting is approximately 14 ¼” H X 10 ¼” and with the frame and mat is21 ¾” H X 13 ¾” W.
Both the painting and the frame are in good condition the mat needs change.
